If I were a boss

Eish!! If I look back where I’m coming from and the way my ex bosses treated me, I felt so bad because they treated me like dirt, just imagine. I don’t want to be like them because I believe umuntu ngumuntu ngabantu (a person is a person through other people).
If I were a boss I will treat people with respect, despite that I’m in charge because I believe that happy staff makes more production. It’s important to be neutral and understanding because employees need someone who can listen to their views, motivate them  and come up with solutions.
I will come up with bursary scheme for my employees in order show them that I appreciate what they are doing for me, because without them there is no business

Some Churches are money making scam

After I watched 3rd Degree and Carting Edge about pastors who are claiming that they have a power to heal and they continue by saying that those who can’t see will see and those who can’t hear will hear. One of our witnesses is that we are living in a society which believes in God, and preachers continue to preach lies about how God gave them the powers. Most of this churches targeted poor people, who coming from poor backgrounds, some of them had been witched, not working, some can’t get children.
I realised that some churches are in money making scams. Through my curiosity I found that most churches want their Congregation to donate 10% of their salary. This issue is raping around our communities and poor people keep on believing on them. Some of them sacrifices their last money to donate to the church some lend it to loan sharks.
I’m really angry about this matter because our grandparents are the number one target because of their illnesses. I think it’s time for government to intervene on this matter because the way I see it, they are running illegal businesses, despite that they are using God’s name. They live in mansions and drive expensive cars, some owning private jets

Damn! I hate Baba & Las

I jumped into train after a long night of drinking spree with my friends, and I thought about the good time we had. The train pull off from Cape Town station heading to Khayelitsha and I was busy chatting to a stranger next to me, explaining to him how happy I’m that now I got a job. Luckily the stranger next to me was someone who has experienced what I have been going through. As the train departure the next station he asks me if I want to smoke and I told him that I do not smoke. After  that I felt so much pains all over my body ,  and I was so  tired because of last night, I remember the last word before I pass out was I can’t wait to go home.
As I was sleeping heard people singing, preaching gospel and I knew that I’m about to reach Nyanga Junction after that heading to Philip. In fact I did not stress about it because I knew that the last station is Khayelitsha, and the security officers will wake me up because I reach my destination.
After some time I found myself in place called Kalbaskraal near malmesbury, and I realised that I took a wrong train because of babalas.

Two people walk out of building into a story

Life is full of surprises, sometimes we expect unexpected. Tami Gum and Luvo Mali are working for the same company different departments.
After a long day of induction they decided to take the bus together. “It was hard and long day said one of the guys”, “yes indeed and I enjoyed everything about it, especially after I met my interns “. “By the way my name is Tami Gum and my clan name is Radebe from   a small village called Water fall, under the rule of chief Majola” he said. “Ok Radebe my name is Luvo Mali and my clan name is Mpinga from   a small village called Water fall, under the rule of chief Majola” he said
After three seconds silence was golden. “Damn!  Man I don’t believe it’s you after all this years you still alive” said Tami, “I’m still alive my friend, the thing is that after my father passed away my mother decided that we leave the village Luvo, said.
Tami and Luvo they didn’t believe it with their own two eyes that after so many years they will be friends again, after having so much in common
“Are you still in music my friend Tami said that, “yes my friend and you? “ Luvo reply
“Yes my friend, I just clinch a deal with Multi-Racial Records and I need someone I can work with to produce this album of mine” said Tami. “There is no need to ask my friend you know I’m good on vocals and piano, let’s make this album and dedicate it to our people in Water fall” Luvo said it with joy on his face
I wish life was fair to all of us, meeting a long time friend someone you had share your childhood with

How hard it is to follow instructions

First of all I will say that following instruction it’s not difficulty at all, it depends on the task, instructions, time and motivation from the team leader. Because it does matter how difficulty the task is, as long the support is up there, happy staff make more production because of the motivation from the top level.
Sometimes to follow instruction is difficult because of the miss interpretation of the task, and rules didn’t follow according to the task was given , which means the blame lies between two parties. It mighty happened that the team leader does not have a formal education or management skills, or else feel threaten by the way I do my work.
I believe that most of the time students (interns) don’t want to follow instruction because of the current qualification they have, sometimes  you find that student have been ask to make a tea and take dustbin out every  Mondays. They refuse to do so, because they think its not a part of the job description and we tend to forget that somewhere somehow we have to start from the bottom despite of the qualifications we have.
