If I were a boss

Eish!! If I look back where I’m coming from and the way my ex bosses treated me, I felt so bad because they treated me like dirt, just imagine. I don’t want to be like them because I believe umuntu ngumuntu ngabantu (a person is a person through other people).

If I were a boss I will treat people with respect, despite that I’m in charge because I believe that happy staff makes more production. It’s important to be neutral and understanding because employees need someone who can listen to their views, motivate them  and come up with solutions.

I will come up with bursary scheme for my employees in order show them that I appreciate what they are doing for me, because without them there is no business
