The last lecture

First of all I would like to say thank you to my friends ekudala ndigudla nabo, Artistic, King pin sayiqa kudala lento but now siyayi bera lento

My last lecture was on the 25 October 2012, On the other  hand I am happy that I’m done with my lectures but  being a  student keeps you on your toes and sharpen your brain, also the friendship that I have built. I have learnt so much and have become a better person. I would also like to thank Mama Pike who lectures Media Studies for the passion she has for her student and her innovative ways of transferring information. I would like to say thank you for everything you have done for me.

What is the color of wind

This is the difficult question no one knows the colour of wind, wind it is colourless you can’t see the colour of wind; you will see the colour of a throughout the people living in this world that’s what we believe the colour of the wind is .Some they look up at the sky but you won’t see anything only thing you see is the sky, which blue. The real colour of the wind it is hidden you cannot seen it with your eyes as I have said you can only look at the people living in that environment than you can see the colour of the wind because it is colourless you cannot see it by eyes. Everything has got colour but it difficult clarify the colour of the wind, even the time I was at high school I never heard about the colour of the wind. In high school what I hard is that how the wind rise of the sky

Watch this space.

When you see the sign "watch the space" the expectation is that big things are coming and that you need to brace yourself, in South Africa we had our fair share of watching the space and a lot has happened. We have seen President being fired, new President being elected, cabinet being reshuffled and people of Khayelitsha given toilets with no walls. Let me bring the space back into my life I have dreams of succeeding and living a fulfilled life. I want to add value to people and touch people's lives. I am going to achieve this by ensuring that I improve my life by continuing to educate myself and trying to get into business, watch this space.

Sport against crime

The effectiveness of soccer in our youth community as we know that soccer is a tool for youth. The development of soccer is developing the youth to promote labour skills, prevent violence among the youth and general community integration.
Some of other countries such Ghana promoting soccer as a tool for development also use it to help economically disadvantaged youth people convert technical skills. South Africa football confederation creates development opportunities for children and youth people living in poverty in the region through the promotion of soccer. Soccer it is effectively some they believe in the power of soccer to mobilize the private, public and the non-profit sector to have a positive impact on youth.
Soccer in youth it engaged them to crime and trouble. After world cup it has come-up with a good influence to the youth of today it gives the power to face the challenges of soccer. And networking requires you to attend professional meetings, trade shows, chambers mixers and conferences. Look for people who can guide, support and import for your career, communicate with them regularly.
In our career life time we, encounter situations that makes our future look depressing. Majority of us kick-off our career chart with a great start, but as we encounter handles, we lose our momentum and enthusiasm in the process, hopelessness becomes a reality.

High crime rate

The high crime rate in our township is increasing and you cannot trust anyone if she/he is not a criminal even in the area where you live on, you have to be aware of your products because they hire their friends to robe you someone you don’t know.
This high crime rate makes us to be aggressive to someone else sometimes it tells your mind that let me do the something what the criminals do. Just because you have anger in your heart that they have done the bad thing to you so you want a revenge, but now you won’t find the person who do this to you.
The problem is that you have this anger and you going to do it to the innocent person in other way you don’t know that you are also causing the crime you joining them. Even if you live in quite places like blacks use to buy the houses in Mandalay think it is safe, there is no safe even there you are just the target of the criminals. They will think you are a rich person. The minute you get out from the yard it’s where the criminals targeted you they will take your car leave you with nothing. I think the causing of this high crime rate is the lack of the jobs and everyone wants to be rich so it end-up being a competition no-one wants to be lesser than to his friends end-up being a robbery.
Some theories suggest that those who are in poverty got that way merely of their own accord. It is true that drug- and gang-infested neighbourhoods of today often do invest in their own downfall through discouraging new growth and an infusion of economic and social relief through unsavoury acts of crime.

My big fat BIG dream

My dream is to run two oceans marathon and leave a healthy lifestyle, where I have perfect health, very healthy bank account and see my investment maturing. To be money-orientated a bit I want a Range Rover Sport, Yacht, a mansion in Camps bay, a wine farm and a holiday house in Knysna. I would love to have a stake in property development and be able to go to the gym anytime I feel like it. My dream is not the bling or BEE dream; it is also not to keep up with the Kenny Kunene’s with their R 2 million parties but mine is to help the disadvantage communities around Cape Town by building skills and development center.

My bucket list

1. Travel Europe
2. Travel the African continent
3. Start my own Sh’sa nyama
4. Drive yacht
5. Shoe shop
6. Drive F1 race car (McClarren)
7. Direct an action movie
8. Brick layer
9. Sky diving.
10. Go shopping in New York
11. Learn how to play a piano.
12. Kite surfing
13. Build a business empire
14. Have my own clothing label
15. Own a night club
16. Own a sports car (Lamborghini)
17. Have a six pack (Abs)
18. Have shares in the mining industry
19. Holiday trip to the Bahamas with my wife.
20. Own a ruby team
21.Have a soccer team

Conventional is a good fallback position isn’t it?

I will say tradition that my parents raise me with a positive tradition I can say, most my friends and other people out there they do not have this privilege that I have it now.
But I can say Fullbacks will always have a place on some rosters, but fewer teams are keeping them. There is a downside to that because teams not using fullbacks are having trouble getting touchdown runs near the goal line and are having some difficulty holding fourth-quarter leads because they aren't running the ball as successfully.
But you can understand what's going on with tight ends. The tight ends who are tall pass-catchers are tough for defences to match up against. If you go to a nickel defence, the tight end is bigger and often just as fast as the corner back covering him. If you match him up against a safety, the tight end has a size advantage. If the defence stays in a base look, the linebacker may not be able to cover him.

You cannot chase two rabbits at the same time

I will regard this article as an idiom it’s like you cannot bit two birds at the same time, I advise you to start with first one them follow with the other one, if you do these things at same time you will even lost others that you already close to finish it.
But you can chase or do two things at the same time like People routinely do two or more things at the same time.
They eat breakfast while reading the newspaper; they make calls on a cellular telephone while driving a car; and, of course, they chew gum while walking. If you ask people to assess their own ability to keep two activities going at once, they generally report difficulty only if one of the tasks is intellectually demanding; for example, they may have a hard time carrying on a serious discussion while adding up a restaurant check.

Have you figured out the second head fake?

Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah Eish sonny. As the person I am now, I never saw the second head so which means it is really faked. Maybe it’s a coin that have been faked The way that fake two-headed and two-tailed coins are made isn't what you'd expect, which is why many people who find them are reluctant to accept the truth about them. They are not made by cutting two coins in half and then sticking the halves together, which is why you won't see a seam along the edge giving the coin away.
Instead, two-headed coins are made by hollowing out the centre of one coin, leaving the  edge and heads side intact, and then shaving down a second coin so that it fits snugly inside the shell of the first. You need a fair amount of skill at metalworking to accomplish this, not to mention all of the proper tools, but the result is a clever deception that is hard to detect with the naked eye

A skill set called leadership

Leaders are born not made, however not everyone can be a leader. we have so many leaders in the and still now the some people that we call it leaders. There’s a referent between the manager and the leader for example we have Tata Nelson Mandela which is our national leader.
A manger is a person who learns from school on how to manage people at work then we have a skilled person who we called leader. A skilled leader is a person who to be not just came-up then became a leader. It can be a leader of the group in our local areas.
Mostly we find leaders in politics but not all of them are leaders. A leader is born to be leader not learn to be a leader, in these days there are few leaders that we have. The leaders were found in the past years some of them they were struggling for our freedom that we have it today.

Andy Warhol said, “In the future everybody will be world famous for fifteen minutes.” You can’t choose the 15 minutes but why would you be world famous?

We all know that everybody want to be famous, you also want to known by the public. That is why we have so many musicians today because everybody wants to be famous, not everyone got that gift of becoming a musician just that she/he want to be known by public. Even know everything that you do in future you want to be known about it.
So that everywhere you go people can recognize you, not just only in the music industry also in sport not all of us have a gift in sport we can see some of the play rugby, soccer and etc but they not fit on that kind of sport they are playing it just that they want that famous face.
Not everyone can get that fame in life that we want it in 15 minutes  Now we have so many social net that we are using, so that’s why we have so many famous people get the famous face within 15 minutes because is that we want in our future.
And the other thing when we saw a famous person doing something good we also want that so that we can get known that something that has done him/her

Rock journalism is people who can’t write interviewing people who can’t talk for people who can’t read” Frank Zappa\

What was the reason for Frank Zapa to say that, according to my perception I think Rock journalism is the person who’s got a background or a gift of being journalism just like poetry and the problem is that God give the men a brain to think more than women God give them less brain than men.
In general not everyone can become Rock journalism only men can be that; most rock journalism is people who can’t write interviewing people who can’t talk for people who can’t read, said Frank Zapa.
This is the history of a Rock journalist. Rock Journalists are a true counterpart to the rock & roll star. They are the only people in the world who are as fully immersed in music and committed to rock culture as the performers are. Only the journalist is doomed to a rock & roll lifestyle and can articulate the complexity and intensity of it all.

Nothing is more dangerous than an idea Danger

Dangerous ideas most happened in the department of health, when I talk about dangerous ideas in healthcare, I am not talking about tinkering with funding models or introducing a new performance indicator. A dangerous idea is one that turns status quo thinking on its head. Consider, for example, a gear-shift in cultural norms such that the privacy of health records is irrelevant to the vast majority of citizens; or that the political inevitability of mass immigration (say, quintupling the annual number of immigrants) eliminates the human resource challenge in healthcare and solves the spiraling costs of caregiver burden in this country. (For the record, I disagree with the first dangerous idea; I believe in the second).
This is not to say imaginative ideas don't exist in healthcare; rather, it is to say I am concerned that they do not cycle their way up to executive team

Have you figured out the second head fake?

List your top 200 achievements

The best of my achievement and I am proud of it, When I go to the link for My Achievements I want it to show the achievements I still have to get by default. Instead it always shows the ones I have instead.
I went under my settings and changed it to ones I have not won, nothing changed. Tried this several times back and forth always the same results.  Am I missing something or is what I want not possible?
I played some games and I earned most if my achievements offline after my 1 month free trial ended but I stopped, then I started playing again but this time I got gold live back, I am getting a new console and I want to put all my achievements in it, will my hard worked achievements that I earned offline after my trial ended transfer as well? My best achievements I ever had are that I have achieved my national diploma within three years.

What motivate me?

Getting motivated as the person who I am, is a better recognition of my abilities which leads the company that I’m working on, to give me responsible jobs, a good money package and a better respect in the company motivates me the most. By my own achievements, to achieve new milestones in my career keeps striving for better and better performance.....this is the case at least with me

I get motivated by fear and desire.

Let your obvious dissatisfaction and unhappiness is your source of motivation.
Just make a change, take a risk! You have one chance at this life, what are you waiting for?? Only boring people get bored and uncreative people find nothing to do. Life is art and you're incredibly dull. Exercise your whims or take up drugs and have an adventure. STOP making excuses. It’s never that serious.

The fact that I don't know what the day has in store for me motivates me to get out of bed. You never know who you will meet or what you'll see. If I'm going to go somewhere, I take my time getting dressed and ready. That's part of the excitement I think. Because where ever I end up, I want to look really good! You'd be surprised at the number of heads you turn and the things you can get for free while out ;). Those little looks here and there really do wonders for your self esteem and then you start to have more fun as the day goes than you start get motivated

Write a list: the 10 most unexpected consequences of being online

The most thing that makes me being on without expected it, its when I need to apologize to someone see my apology It might not mean much to you but for what its worth I truly am sorry for always breaking your heart its truly not what I wanted I know you heard it all before, but please forgive me I’m willing to give it my all for us to be like before I Love You. When I need to Connect and share my feelings with others

I’m tired of being ignored by everyone. I feel so alone. Everyone in their twenties I know is living the good life and I'm stuck at home with a psychotic disease cause I MIGHT hurt myself. I can't be seen at the hospital cause of the stupid effigy taxes and new "health care plan" that the branch of hospital I go to was forced to shut down. I don't know what to do with my depression of being alone or the "third wheel" only Jesus keeps me alive as I read the bible. I've tried to make new friends at church but it's just not working. I feel like a failure for someone my age.

Feelings follow behavior.

All too often we let our emotions rule our lives, it is important to be aware of your own behavior as it can activate feelings not only in yourself but also in others. I always try to treat a person around me as I want to be treated which means I am able to control my feeling.  The question that we have to ask ourselves is, are we able to rule or control our emotions for that matter.  Females have high than males and their emotions can be effected by the smallest of things returning the biggest explosion on that smirky unhelpful shop assistant.
Every example that I've mentioned above relates to some variety of behavior change. Do feelings follow behavior or does behavior follow feeling? Your feelings are directly associated with your behavior  If you want to control your feelings you must also change your behavior.  You can control your thoughts and feelings if you will take my advice.

Our greatest strengths are our greatest weaknesses

Each and every human being is born with strength and weakness; however we are different when it comes to strength and weakness. Meaning that we often hear from people about one’s strengths and weakness! It is highly debatable but I do agree with this statement, strengths are strengths and they are always good but I don’t believe that the weakness we have is also good equally.
My greatest strength is that I am very honest and a self-starter. Now you might be thinking how on earth can someone be too honest, but the truth is it has got me into trouble plenty of times, I have no poker face so if someone asks me what my thoughts and opinions are on assignments I just explain everything and I ended up giving them my answers. Another of my greatest strengths and weaknesses is my ability to continuously speak out of my mind. Being honest to yourself and others is the best way.

Try a cliché

I'm bit puzzled about cliches.  In my opinion, there are great books written by South African writers and they are based on cliches. There’s no such thing as an original plot anymore, but that's ok. Cliches are most enjoyed if the writer is good with words, and some people even enjoy writing twists in the plot-lines that they weren't expecting. So, basically, my response is that if writers want to write about a cliché either post twists on twitter they have to be good in writing but if they are not good they have to practice because practice makes perfect. People use cliché to threaten, motivate, praise and to express their feelings. But because people get used to the words in a cliché they ignore the content and the meaning behind what is being said… Pay attention to small details and try listening to the message behind a cliche or try a cliche yourself.

THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM

Imagine that it’s a rainy day and that you are popping around to your friend’s home just for a quick visit. Your friend greets you warmly before you enter inside the house. On entering their family home you decide to take off your shoes and jacket and make your way through to the living room and everyone is looking at you. While everyone is looking at you and then you greet your friend’s parents briefly as they glance up from watching their favorite TV show and suddenly you notice that there’s sat on the sofa and that sat is an huge African elephant while you are still shocked, you see the friend of yours returns from the kitchen and hands you a glass of coke, tells you to sit down on the little room left on the sofa and asks you how your week has been. You are quite surprised because no one has mentioned anything about the huge animal in the room but begin to describe the ups and downs of your week at work.

Benni Mccarthy lost his cool

After last week incident Pirates should send Benni to the anger management course otherwise they will pay a heavy price as his anger seems to be uncontrollable and he wants to play Big Brother role where it is unnecessary.
The referee had already punished Cale for the foul but as usual Benin's blood rushed to his head and wanted to cause unnecessary scene by pushing Cale. I expected an objective comment from Mark and Robert Marawa but they apportioned the blame to the referee instead of the instigator, Benni. They should have condemned Benni's behaviour instead of condoning it and blaming the referee.

It is better to practice a little than talk a lot

It is better to practice a little than talk a lot, it reminds me of the late  Barry White song practice what you preach. If we look at our current government you can see that they don’t practice what they preach because every day in South Africa people are protesting against poor service deliver.

However communities are  being affected by this matter because  of  corrupt government officials.  it’s the only time when you see government officials in the township, it’s when their campaign for elections.

All we read about in the news is corruption and millions rands are being spent on birth parties celebrations instead of helping poor people, or helping youth with skills and development programmes.

Corruption is one of the important issues which have to be eliminated because it affects development especially in the rural areas like Tsolo in the Eastern Cape

Poor idea to lie to yourself

I’m not a player hater, I’m not discriminating women or man but the fact is that when it comes to fashion some women they don’t know how to wear. I’m not going to be specific on this matter because I might get in trouble; the truth is that most women they buy clothes because of their friends had bought one.

I believe that before you purchase any item you look on your body structure first, they way you build and then you can carry on buying. For example there are women who are looking good on jeans, pants, miniskirts some are looking good skirts, dresses.

However some they don’t care about what I said early they just wear everything and they thing they are b............l but not. Even man, there are those who wear everything because of the way they are build, but there are those who don’t care about the way they are build they just wear everything because of fashion statement. My point is that it’s a poor idea to lie to yourself. So my advice is that buy what you need and something will work magic on you.

What is House Music?

History of house music: In the most cases when a person says he likes electronic music the talk is pretty much about house music which in its essence reflects a collection of different electronic styles, the earliest forms of which were created in the mid-1980s. As for the title of this electronic music genre, “house” derives from the night club in Chicago – “the Warehouse”. In this club was working as a DJ the talented musician Frankie Knuckles who managed to mix old disco hits with new tunes of European synthpop creating in such way the first tendencies in house music. Another musician is also referred to the foundation of pure house genre and his name is Chip E. with the recording “It’s House” which set the limits of the totally new genre in electronic music field.

Let me tell you what  is house music: House Music it’s like an injection which flows through my blood stream and make feel like I’m making love, through those melodies, percussion, baseline are the elements  that make house music.

However DJ. M explains that true house music consists of four main ingredients: a cup of spirituality, a tablespoon of love, a dash of togetherness and a pinch of soul penetrative beats. House music has the power to heal, to soothe, to comfort. It's a music of love, a music from up above. True house music is an instrument of God and if this instrument is used wisely, it can change your soul. This is true house music."

The sound of one hand clapping

According to my understanding is that the sound of one handing clapping is an action which is demonstrated by an artist after run out of ideas. There are actually two very logical explanations to this bizarre statement. One clarification is figurative and the other literal.

The origin of this question is from a traditional Zen koan. It is a question asked by a Zen master to his student and is meant to ponder the student until the “answer opens the true heart of the question”. A koan can only be answered from your own personal experiences, and thus the answer must be formed by your own life’s journey.

The answer is not supposed to come from our logical thoughts. There is no wrong answer to this question and no one else can tell you your answer. You must find your own answer to this question and once you do, the answer should bring about a life changing experience.

In other words the meaning of one hand clapping means that there are no limits, which implies that everything is in a relationship to everything else, and that implies that if you change one side of a relationship you change both sides. However if you change one side of that relationship and the other side has to change because the relationship has changed.

Leave your life the way you want it

I just watched a TV show called, Top Shayela on Vuz TV on DSTV and remembered that life is about hard work, learning new things and respecting people around you because you are what you are because of them. Don’t forget the one who gave you the talent and value what you have because not everyone has it.

I thank god for what I have and if I look back where I’m coming from it make me wonder how lucky I am, because I’m about to leave my life the way I want it through my hard work. There is a quote that basically says that hard work is mother of all success.

I realised one thing in life is that  the youth of today keep on crying or saying that we are not privilege , what are you doing about it, seating around the Conner  begging or stealing from other people  instead of doing something for yourself. Enough said

Not all that wander are lost

Everybody is a dreamer sometimes we find it difficult to achieve our dreams because of obstacles, but that doesn’t mean we must stop dreaming because not all that wonder are lost. Most of smartest and wealthiest people in the country become role models of people who wondered and conquered

Fore stance Mark Shuttleworth, his business innovation let his mind wonder and in return he became the first South African to go on space. However Mark Shuttleworth is not the only South African who let his mind wonder, Robert Gumede is the first black IT billionaire who sold his idea to the Department of Home Affairs.

Gumede is actually is one of my role models because he let his mind wonder, and saw the need for security and started to innovate a security system which is used by Home Affairs, Social Development.

So my point is let your mind wonder, yet be realistic, be focus and don’t allow anyone to  demotivate you because you are better than that person, aim higher and rich for the stars.
